Last Week in Pony - November 19, 2017

Last Week In Pony is a weekly blog post to catch you up on the latest news for the Pony programming language. To learn more about Pony check out our website, our Twitter account @ponylang, or our Zulip community.

Got something you think should be featured? There’s a GitHub issue for that! Add a comment to the open “Last Week in Pony” issue.

Items of note

  • Generalized Runtime Backpressure has been merged to main. This is definitely a huge win for the Pony runtime. Watch out for the next Pony release, where we will discuss this topic in greater detail in an accompanying blog post.

  • This week the pony developers did meet up in the regular fashion at Wednesday 3:30 PM (GMT-05:00) America/New York. Convince yourself and listen to them by downloading the recorded audio.
